About course

The “Military FPV Drone Operator” course is ideal for those looking to break into one of the most in-demand professions that has reshaped the course of the Russian-Ukrainian war. The program is designed for operators who already have basic knowledge and piloting skills, focusing on training them to operate FPV quadcopters. Participants will study the components of an FPV drone, learn how to configure it, and gain hands-on piloting experience.

Course program

Study of the engineering fundamentals and application of FPV quadrocopters

The theoretical part consists of five lectures. The first lecture covers the concept of FPV drones and their areas of application. The second lecture includes information on the types of FPV drones and control methods. The remaining three lectures focus in detail on the components of an FPV quadcopter, batteries, radio equipment, and video transmission systems.

Mastering FPV drone piloting skills using a computer simulator

Day by day, under the guidance of an instructor, we refine piloting skills and prepare trainees for practical flights

Practical flights in a specially equipped indoor facility

We conduct initial practical flights using protected FPV quadcopters in our own specially equipped indoor facility

Practical flights at a dedicated training ground outside the city

Long-range flight skills are practiced using quadrocopters that closely replicate combat models. We train for target engagement beyond the line of sight
